Credits are consumed as you use AI-powered features. Each tool has different credit costs based on complexity. For example, generating 4 logos costs 40 credits, while an AI chat message costs ~1–5 credits. Each year your plan adds its credits to your balance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your billing dashboard. Changes are prorated based on your remaining subscription period.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits from your plan or a credit pack expire 12 months after they are added to your account. Free starter credits expire after 30 days. Expired credits can't be reinstated or refunded (see our terms).
